Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care
Learn compassionate and effective techniques to care for individuals living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s. Our training focuses on understanding cognitive decline, improving communication, managing behavioural changes, and creating a safe, supportive environment that promotes dignity and comfort.
CPR & First Aid
Be prepared to act when it matters most. Our CPR and First Aid module equips caregivers with essential life-saving skills to respond confidently in emergencies. From minor injuries to critical situations, you’ll gain the knowledge and practical skills to provide immediate, effective care.
Nutrition & Wellness
Good nutrition is at the heart of good care. This course covers balanced meal planning, dietary needs for different health conditions, and promoting overall wellness through proper nutrition. Caregivers learn how to support healthy lifestyles for those in their care, ensuring optimal wellbeing.
Self-Care & Stress Management
Caring for others begins with caring for yourself. This module helps caregivers recognise stress, prevent burnout, and build resilience. Through mindfulness, time management, and emotional wellness techniques, learners are empowered to maintain balance and compassion in their caregiving journey.
Disability Support
This specialised training equips caregivers to assist individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities. Learners gain skills in adaptive communication, assistive device handling, and inclusive care practices. The goal is to promote empowerment, safety, and independence for every individual, regardless of ability.
Elderly Support
Our Elderly Care module focuses on providing respectful and person-centred support for older adults. Caregivers are trained in mobility assistance, hygiene, medication support, and emotional companionship , ensuring that every senior receives compassionate care that enhances their comfort, independence, and dignity.
